This morning we went to the market in town, visited the 700 year old church and wandered around the ‘yacht haven’ (harbour). Only 2 stalls at the market but one of them had some fresh sauerkraut and fermented pickles (ie no vinegar) which at home we eat regularly for all those trendy little bacteria...
