Today was a good driving day, I guess because it was Sunday there was not nearly as much traffic on the roads, so we made very good time to San Pedro, even with a stop at La Cabaña for their famous ‘fluffy’ baleadas for lunch.

We arrived at our gorgeous little hotel, Angeli Gardens with lots of time to chill out in the pool and explore the property before dinner. This hotel is actually on the outskirts of the city at the base of the Medellen Mountains but in a very jungle like environment.

Later we went for dinner in the adjacent restaurant…
