Well after hearing lots of mixed reviews from the locals about the bus trip from San Pedro Sula to La Ceiba…everything from comfortable, air conditioned to one step up from a ‘chicken bus’ (been there done that) and anywhere from 4 to 6 hours, we decided to check out possible flights. Lo and behold sure enough there is a small plane that flies to La Ceiba and they actually had 2 seats left for today! Hooray! So now that leaves us a couple of hours to try out what is like to relax and laze about the beautiful pool after a stroll around this gorgeous manicured property in the middle of the jungle.

This place is also a nursery and sells plants. We even spotted a Toucan above us in the canopy!
