Time to contemplate our adventure in Honduras as I sit on our deck overlooking the pool surrounded by massive greenery (and major rainfall)sipping a delicious cup of local coffee.

It truly is a beautiful place, from the mountains and the rivers to the islands and their reefs, and I feel very fortunate to have experienced a few of the unique corners of this ‘developing’ country. I have learned a lot along the way which is one of the reasons I enjoy travelling. The other reason is the beautiful people we meet and their stories.

It truly has been an adventure to remember!

Today it’s onwards to Mexico City for another cultural experience before heading home!
